How should I prepare for my first treatment?

Have something to eat (preferably nutritious) and water to drink 1-2 hours before treatment. Wear comfortable clothing.

What should I expect from my first session?

The first session typically runs about 1 hour. Your condition, health concerns and constitution will be evaluated using the diagnosis tools: Listening to your symptoms, taking vital signs, physical and/or orthopedic exam, tongue and pulse diagnosis.
Treatment and treatment plan will be given.
